Wendy recently joined Green Hat as a Consultant and comes with bags of experience in training, facilitation and project management. Inspired by her brother, a man labelled as having severe learning difficulties, Wendy changed her career path following over 20 years in the field of nursing. She specialises in inclusion and equality, and has a particular interest in the concept of creativity having undergone intensive training with Creativity Central, USA.

A committed family person, Wendy is also a keen baker and has developed a tasty line in children's birthday cakes!
