Facilitation
We work directly with clients, their staff, Board members, customers & other stakeholders (including the public). We facilitate staff groups, community & public consultations, problem-solving, idea-generation, and other process- based activities.
We're passionate about facilitation, building relationships with our clients, creating rapport & an environment of trust. We believe this means we all get the best out of each other.

Consultancy
We don't really like this word, but so far haven't come up with anything better! Why do so many consultants pretend to know more about your organisation than you do? We prefer to think of this role as supporting - giving clients a fresh &/or external perspective, facilitating the creation of ideas, generating enthusiasm, identifying issues, working through & designing solutions, action planning... Our consultancy work includes strategies, development plans, fundraising, project design and reviews.
If you want a consultant to come in, tell you what to do (without spending too much time telling them what you want to do) & then produce a visually-stunning report that everybody has but nobody reads, please don't call us!

Evaluation
We undertake a range of evaluations from mini-reviews of small-scale activities to major evaluation of programmes of work. We use a wide range of methodologies, and a participative approach.

Fundraising
Don't have the time, energy, inclination or resources to fundraise for your project? We'd be delighted to help bring your ideas to life. We specialise in funding applications to public bodies, trusts & foundations.

Bespoke training & development
We don't believe that 'one-size fits all', so all our training and development activities are tailored to you and your organisation. We don't do the 'chalk & talk' thing, but we do deliver exciting workshops that involve, engage and enable real learning to take place.
We deliver creativity workshops & Bryony has recently become one of only 12 Creativity Central trainers in Ireland.

Research
We know that you could do most of it yourself, if only you had the time... And getting impartial, independent research would be even better, right?
