Janie is an experienced trainer, facilitator, evaluator and researcher, and specialises in working on arts, heritage, environmental, community and rural development projects. Elaine is a highly experienced trainer and coach, and delivers to a wide range of clients including SME's, corporate marketing & sales, long-term unemployed, Early Years organisations and the community / voluntary sector. She is an accredited Life Coach, NLP business practitioner and accredited psychometric trainer. Read more.

Julia is Green Hat's Office Manager & Project Assistant, and she joined the team early in 2006. An experienced administrator, born organiser & all-round office angel, Julia has worked on a range of projects since joining the company including providing support on the Source programme, Northern Ireland Theatre Association training, Craigavon Arts in Motion consultation and Fermanagh District Council research.
