Cindy Mackie

Core Consultant

Cindy is an accredited and experienced Trainer, Facilitator and Coach / Mentor with formal qualifications in Leadership, Human Resources, Diversity and Training and Development. She has developed her skills across both the Public and Voluntary sectors. Cindy has international experience, having been involved in Community and Leadership training programmes in North America and has a particular interest in the areas of diversity and personal development.

She has worked with Green Hat on a number of projects including Up 4 Diversity! for Cavan VEC, cultural diversity training for Monaghan Education Centre and Drogheda Community Forum, arts & culture consultation for Ballymun and various evaluations.

In her spare time she is involved in voluntary work within the Youth sector and enjoys reading for hours!
