Andy comes to Green Hat as an experienced trainer, facilitator and tutor with an HR background specialising in equality and diversity. Andy has worked with us delivering training on the Rural Development Council's Integrating Communities Programme.

A late blooming student, he continues to study, and tutor with the Open University Business School.

In his downtime he reads, gardens, and listens to a wide range of music. He likes to cook, and he likes to eat.
